Yummy Healthy Kiddie Muffins

I made some yummy muffins for Matt to have in the morning. He's really into feeding himself, so oatmeal isn't working these days. Such a big boy ;) I love them for breakfast too, so thought I would share!
 - 1 cup oat flour or whole wheat flour
- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
Mix dry ingredients and add wet ingredients
- 2 cups apple sauce
- 3 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla
Optional - 
Raisins, nuts, dried fruit 

Bake on 350 for 30 min and you have some delicious healthy muffins!
